Using Breathwork to change physical vibration
Breathwork is a great tool to raise your physical vibration. We all operate at a frequency. Each thought / emotion has its own frequency. The brain operates on frequency as well. When we meditate, we slow our brains frequency. Mediation allows for the brain to drop from faster beta to slower alpha and theta waves. When we do Breathwork we get the benefits of slower alpha and theta brain waves of meditation, as well as the clearing of negative emotional states in the body such as sadness, fatigue, and anger. The clearing of these physically emotional states allows the physical state to be raise to a frequency of lightness, energy, and happiness. When we operate at these higher frequencies our world literally changes.

Mindful Eating
With so many diets and nutrition advice out, it can be hard to decide what is best to eat. Here are some tips to help you decide which foods and eating plans are right for you.
Find out what’s healthy. Sugary foods, refined carbs, and highly processed packaged food should avoid and consumed sparingly.
Find out what foods your body likes. What foods make your body feel the strongest, give you high energy with no crash. Eat more of those foods, but don’t overeat unless you want to gain weight.
Take a DNA test, find out what foods are biologically needed for you based on your DNA. Check out 23 and ME with Health.
Talk with a nutrition coach. If things are more serious talk with a registered dietitian.
Research diets plans, popular diets today are the alkaline vegan diet, vegan diet, vegetarian diet, keto diet, paleo diet, and the USDA My Plate diet.
Find out which foods and diets fulfill your needs
Eat Up! And don’t forget to exercise

Easy Morning Chi for energy
Chi movements are a great way to increase energy. Chi movements open meridian channels. Meridian channels that may get blocked because of everyday stresses. Use these simple chi movements to open the meridian channels and increase the flow of chi in the body. Increasing your energy.

When to change course
What course do we take that aligns our energy to be in optimal flow? Placing our energy in situations that drain us can be hard and sometimes maybe difficult to get out of. When this happens it us a sign that we have to change course and realign ourselves.
Channeling your energy to in optimal flow.
Take the first step to where your higher self wants to be. Get one thing done that is a piece to your goal. Write the first sentence. Take the first class. Work on your resume. Read the first chapter. Take the first sit to meditate. Whatever your goal is start taking steps. Build, piece by piece, action by action.
Practice makes perfect. Repetition becomes habit. Repeated actions build habits and creates states of being. You become what you do, but it starts with what you think, and taking action on the thought.

Yoga and Breathwork
Breathwork literally changes the physical state of our bodies, much like yoga but on a different plane. When we combine the movement medicine of yoga with breathwork, we make way for our bodies to experience and feel physical states of euphoria and energy. After breathwork yoga positions like downward dog ,cat/cow, and forward fold can become orgasmic to body. Cultivating this physical state of bliss can be achieved with regular breathwork practice. Breathwork allows us to access human experiences within our bodies that we may normally not experience or would take years of practice to achieve. Namaste , Keep Breathing

Finding Purpose with Breathwork
What is purpose in life. Sometimes when find ourselves in situations and we ask ourselves “what am I doing?”. When these thoughts and feelings arise its to time realign ourselves, mind and soul with purpose. Finding purpose maybe difficult and may not fall right onto your lap. Breathwork is a great a tool to access your intuition and connect with your higher self to find and access your purpose. By the guidance of your breath reach your higher self and discover or rediscover purpose.

Combining Meditation and Breathwork
Meditation and Breathwork go hand and hand. Meditation is a great tool and practice to calm the mind and drop into the slower brain waves experienced in sleep in dreaming. Having a consistent meditation practice not only can increases and amplifies the experience of Breathwork but also carries its many benefits into everyday life. In my personal experience, meditation increases the chances of having powerful experiences during a Breathwork session.

The Power of Meditation: Harnessing Your Mind for Optimal Success
When it comes to improving productivity, most people think of things like getting an earlier start to the day, setting clearer goals, or using time-management tools. But there's one activity that is often overlooked, and that's meditation. Contrary to popular belief, meditation is not just for yogis or monks who spend their days in seclusion. In fact, anyone can benefit from the practice of meditation – and it doesn't have to take a lot of time out of your day.
There are many benefits of meditation, but one of the most powerful is that it allows you to harness the power of your mind. By quieting the chatter of your thoughts, you can focus on what's important and let go of stress and anxiety. When you meditate regularly, you'll find that you're better able to handle challenging situations and make better decisions. If you're looking to improve your life, harness the power of your mind, and find some inner peace, meditation is a great place to start. You don't need any special equipment or training – just a quiet place to sit and focus on your breath. Give it a try today!

Return to the Breath
Breathwork is great way to reshape and re-center ourselves after difficult things occur. So how do we rebalance ourselves after the milk is spilled? By returning to the Breath. Returning to Breath allows us to release the lower vibrational emotions and energies that can weigh us down and are carried within the body. When we release the lower energies, it allows us to re-connect and balance ourselves to the higher frequency states, such as happiness and love.

Remember To Breathe
Our breath is our life. Have you ever been caught up in the rush of life and felt overwhelmed? Often times when we get encompassed into the rush, we begin to unconsciously neglect ourselves. Many times because we are overextending our energy to things, people, and events outside of ourselves, whether that be a job, media, relationships, friends and family. This can cause imbalance to occur. Before we know it, we don’t eat properly, we don’t exercise the body, sleep imbalance occurs. Often times happens unconsciously without us noticing. Many times, unconsciously we may start doing things that may physically hinder and or stop our breath, using drugs, drinking, smoking in attempts to cope or find (re)balance in our lives. We forget to breathe, we forgot about our breath. Our breath is with us during the best times of lives and the worst times, whether we know it or not. Our breath is faithful to us from beginning to end. One of best ways to come to center, avoid and cut-off unhealthy actions is to breathe. Notice our breath and deepen it. Noticing the breath and taking a few minutes to breathe deeply and slowly is a great exercise to help bring balance to your center. Noticing your breath will bring your focus and energy back to yourself. So, every time you start overextended etc., take a few minutes and literally take a breather.
